By registering and attending The Nest Summit Campus event, attendee grants The Nest Summit Campus the right to use Attendee's name, image, and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken at the event, for content marketing purposes. Furthermore, attendee agrees that use of video or camera equipment during event hours is strictly prohibited with the exception of authorized press and photographers.
Attendee may take pictures and video for social media marketing purposes, but agrees not to misrepresent, defame, or contain disparaging, misleading, or negative remarks about The Nest Summit Campus, its products, its sponsors, or other people, products or companies or their products attending and involved in the event. Failure to cooperate will be subject to lawful requests to remove such content.
